Chico’s Early Learning Center

studioMLA Architects designed the Chico’s Early Learning Center at Chico’s Headquarters in Fort Myers, FL. The project transformed an existing warehouse building into a bright and airy space with water play splash pads and age-appropriate outdoor play areas. It reflects Chico’s design sensibility and commitment to families and children.

The Center serves 168 children. Surrounded by its four age-appropriate natural play areas, indoor-outdoor art studio, basketball court, gardening, a fruit tree orchard, and the all-ages spray park provides abundant access to green space and outdoor activity.
