Boston Collegiate Charter School

The Boston Collegiate Charter School, located at 11 Mayhew Street, purchased the adjacent 13,000 SF lot at 21 Mayhew Street to expand its outdoor space and provide off-street parking for staff and parents. Previously, the adjacent lot contained a 2-1/2 story house constructed in the 1860’s as a single-family residence. The site improvements include abating and demolishing the existing house and foundation, disconnection of utilities, removing invasive and damaged trees, a new curb cut, drainage improvements, new plantings, new fencing, and new surfacing as required for the proposed use.
