Having studied studio arts, architecture and architectural history at Wesleyan University in Connecticut, Alisa entered the profession with the intention of becoming an architect. Within her first year interning in an architecture firm, she discovered an interest in the world of architectural marketing, public relations and business development.
Bringing more than twenty years of experience working with local architecture/interior design firms, Alisa works closely with studioMLA leadership to help with firm visioning and strategic planning. Still passionate about architecture and the built environment, she enjoys making connections and learning about clients’ space planning challenges and wish lists. She understands the bigger picture and is driven to show clients how studioMLA can further their goals.
When not in the office, Alisa is active within her Brookline neighborhood and school communities. She also loves to ski and go on bike rides with her family, practice yoga, entertain and cook, visit historic places and museums, as well as spend time with family and friends.
